The Team : Public Ownership & Investor Activism

The Team:
The primary goal of the ownership team is to promptly and accurately deliver the most accurate data to our clients through our platform. Our objective is to research market regulations and the various publicly available financial data sources so that we can work with tech teams to create repeatable workflows and introduce fresh products to the market. Success is measured through our capacity of finding new ways to broaden our data coverage, as well as enhancing the collection procedures .

Operational Need:
Oversee members from different location, Live and Virtually

This replacement would ease the management of continuous operations, talent and other research and development initiatives.

Work proactively with Stewardship and Technology teams in developing and delivering the expectations set by internal and external clients.

Work closely with the automation specialists to deliver the results faster, sooner and accurate.

Surpassing the internal and external timeliness and quality goals that prevails in the market.

The Impact:
This role will involve working with the team of analysts & leadership on a variety of initiatives related to Ownership operations. This is an opportunity to lead a team consisting of 1 0 - 13 individual s and contribute towards achieving the team & domain goals . Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; be a role model for people and peer group; communicate with passion and enthusiasm, embrace change as a way of working; and lead by example when communicating new initiatives.

What Is In It For You

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 1 0 – 1 3 associates.

Managing key projects and operational processes related to the collection team , including but not limit ing to data extraction and analysis of information from various sources, tools, and documents.

Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and research tools.

Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.

Manage performance review process, talent development & talent management processes for the team.

Interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally work on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.

Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst the team.

Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.

Responsible to drive company level strategies\projects like Lean & Automation, Quality Management System, Vendor automation solutions, & etc., implementing these in the process and delivering on the value proposition.

Coordinate with various stakeholders in understanding and building the content.

Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product improvements related to the covered content sets.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Strong Communication and leadership skills. Attention to detail is critical; able to work on concurrent projects

Proven ability to work with minimal direction, maintain focus while working with routine tasks.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment in task force situations

Flexible with timings and willingness to go the extra mile

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Presentation Skills

Able to write and run SQL queries

Prior experience on client question workflow
